I met Rich's son Steve in 1996 who lived down the hall my freshman year at Ohio State. Steve and I eventually became roommates and lived together for the next 5 years and became family. Through that I got to meet Rich and Alice, and I am thankful for that. Rich was always interested in my life and continued to ask how me & my family were doing throughout the years.

As the passage states, Rich worked his whole life to make sure his family was taken care of. I can confidently say that trait passed on to Steve and is one of the greatest legacies a man can have, if not the greatest.

Rest in peace Mr. Wasosky. I'm certain the dancefloor in Heaven is burning up right now, and the crowd is amazed just as I was when I first witnessed it.
