Beloved Father, Husband, Son & Brother

Richard Joseph Watt, 64, Crossville, TN, past away peacefully on August, 22, 2025 Richard was born in Chicago, Illinois, graduated from The Ohio State University, with a bachelor's degree in Geophysics. His career was dedicated to police work, cyber security and the financial industry. Richard carried the armor of God, always supporting those in need, volunteering in the church with prayer groups and working with our veterans. He was an avid traveler for life experience, continued his education through research of world religions and history, enjoyed outdoor sports, football, and breathing the fresh mountain air. 

Richard is survived by his wife of 33 years, Tracey Watt (Barnings); his children, Macauley (Mac) Watt and Morgan Watt; his mother, Phyllis Watt (Bailey) and his two sisters, Debbie White (Watt) and Lori Rollenhagen (Watt).

A memorial service will be held on September 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Crossville City Cemetery, 49 Wayne Ave, Crossville, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Richards favorite charity St. Jude’s Children's Hospital www.stjude.org

The Watt family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support during this difficult time.
