Of Buffalo, New York, passed away peacefully at his home on February 6, 2026. Dick was the beloved husband of Karen (nee Goodwin), with whom he shared 67 years of marriage. He is survived by his children Jeff Webb, Matt Webb (Kristeen), and Jill Sugg (Philip); and his grandchildren Dana, Mary Ann, Timmy, Kirsty, Jake, Lily, and Dan. He also leaves behind great-grandchildren Sierra, Max and Micah. He was preceded in death by his son Scott. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice or the Parkinson's Disease Foundation. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. Condolences may be placed at www.lombardofuneralhome.com
