He is survived by his wife, Tami Wiggins; daughter, Julia Flowers, sisters, Carlese Wiggins, Geraldine Flowers, Jaunita Timmons; grandchild, A'Nylah Britt; a host of relatives and friends. Visit., Sept. 19, 5-7 pm at Word of Faith Fellowship and Service, Sept. 20, 11 am, at All Nations COGBF.

I met the Wiggins through my brother Jack Larry. He would bring Mama Gwen to a place outside of Albany Georgia to check on her property. Juanita and Peter Rabbit would come and Richard would follow later, Then when I lived in St. Pete I met the rest of the family. I will always cherish the memories down through the years. The last time I saw and spoke to Richard was just before Jack passed. To the family God will see you through this dark time in your life. So sorry I won't be able to make it to the home going. I'll keep y'all in prayer.
