Richard Wolff Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Loudoun Funeral Chapel on Mar. 12, 2026.
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Richard "Richie" Wolff III, who left this world on March 1, 2026, at the age of 25.

From an early age, he brought warmth, laughter, and a strong spirit to everyone who knew him. His kindness, curiosity, and sense of humor made a lasting impression on friends, family, and all whose lives he touched.

He attended Fauquier High School in Warrenton, Virginia and later worked as a systems engineer in the information technology industry. He spent his free time pursuing his interests in computers, camping and music. Richie cherished time with his family and friends. His presence brought joy and comfort to those around him, and his memory will continue to live on in the countless moments shared with him.

Richie is survived by his parents, Jeanette Wolff and Richard "Rick" Wolff II, and his sister, Rachel Wolff. He shares family and friends in both Virginia and Michigan.

A funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Our Lady of the Lakes in Waterford, Michigan. Family and friends are invited to attend and celebrate his life. We will have a reception following the internment.

We are also in the process of planning a celebration of life in Virginia for all the wonderful people who touched Richie's life. Details and time will be shared soon.

Though his life was far too short, the love and memories he leaves behind will remain in the hearts of all who knew him.

Yesterday

We will miss you. You were a close friend to our boys and spent many nights hanging out with all of them at our house. This past Fourth of July, we celebrated with you and all "the guys" and familyplaying cornhole, eating burgers, and having a great time. We used to laugh when you walked in and all the boys would shout "Richie," which showed how much they truly loved to see you. You were always so warm and kind. May God wrap His arms around you and give you eternal peace. You will always be remembered with love.
