He is survived by his two brothers: Charles and Arthur Zegelbone, his two children: Phillip Zegelbone and Sara Zegelbone Proctor, and his granddaughter Emma Proctor. He is preceded in death by his parents: Jack and Celia Zegelbone.
Richard will be remembered for his everlasting optimism, his unique sense of style, and his successes in the family business.
A service to honor Richard's life will be held on September 6th, 2025 at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Four Seasons Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Family and friends are welcome to attend. He will be missed by all.
Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
