It didn't matter if you saw Rick at Emmanuel Baptist Church, if he was bringing a job to Mountain View Machine to be worked on, or anywhere in between, you could always count on a few things; a genuine smile, a firm handshake, and an enthusiastic greeting. Oh, yes, there was always a good story or two soon to follow. He will be greatly missed. Our hearts and prayers are that The Lord will surround the entire Bachmann family with an extra measure of His love and grace as they go through this difficult time of loss.

Always thought the world of Rick. Spent many years hunting Elk up near Temple Flat near his camp which every year was in the same spot across from Government Springs. Some of the best times hunting was stopping by to spend a little time with Rick. Knew him from Emanuel Baptist Church in Hyrum and we became good friends over the years. He will be sorely missed.
