Ricky was more than just a brother; he was a guiding light, a loyal friend, and an irreplaceable presence in our lives. His goofiness and infectious smile could light up any room, and his kindness touched everyone he met.Growing up with Ricky was an adventure. He was always there - whether to offer a helping hand, share a laugh, or provide a shoulder to lean on. His passion for life was evident in everything he did, from his dedication to his work to the love he showed his family and friends.Ricky had an incredible ability to find joy in the simplest things and to spread that joy to others. His resilience in the face of challenges was truly inspiring, teaching us all the value of perseverance and optimism.Though Ricky's time with us was cut short, the impact he made will last forever. His legacy lives on in the countless lives he touched and the memories we hold dear. We will miss you terribly, Ricky, but we are grateful for the time we had and the lessons you taught us. Your spirit will forever guide us. Even though you’re not physically here with us we know your spirit is here with us. You will never be forgotten because you’re forever in our hearts and your legacy will live on forever. We cherished every moment we shared, you were one of our first friends and first love. We wish we could’ve have more time with you because we didn’t have the chance to say all that we wanted say, but now you’re in a better place. A limb has fallen from the family tree, that says (Ricky POV) “Grieve not for me, but remember the best times, the laughter, the memory’s we shared and the good life I lived while I was strong”.
From Harry-
My baby brother, Ricky, was the perfect mix of goofy and kind, funny and humble, hardworking and resilient. More than anything, he was thoughtful—always making sure to check in on family, showing up with juice and donuts, just to let us know he cared. And if there was food around, you could count on him to clear a plate (or three), never turning down a good meal, especially when shared with the people he loved. His love for cars started young—his collection of Hot Wheels growing just as fast as his passion for working on real ones, a passion that stayed with him through life. He was a son, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, an uncle, a cousin, a Marine—and though he is gone, the love he gave, the joy he brought, and the strength he showed will always be with us.
Ricky, we love you. Rest easy, baby brother. May you find peace.
