She was such a beautiful soul! I came to know her when I started buying goat milk for my son, who had stomach sensitivity. She knew about his medical challenges and always asked how he was doing and offered prayers. She even offered me a job once because she knew our family was struggling. I will never forget her and she will always have a special place in my heart. My condolences to all her loved ones.

Rita is the one person outside family I always came to visit anytime I was in town. The trip just didn´t feel right if I wasn´t able to stop and see her. Even though are visits were brief I´m grateful to have known her. What a beautiful soul we are now missing on earth. She will truly be missed by all lives she has touched. May peace be with the Kellogg family. She lives on through you.

I am so very sorry to hear of Rita's passing. I was thinking of her a couple weeks ago and trying to find time to visit! She was always so welcoming when I stopped in and we could chat for hours! I will miss her and her support. She will be missed by many that she taught and encouraged with the goats and cheeses! Hugs to you all.

I always looked forward to visiting with Rita when I would pick up Sidehill Acres' dairy products for the goat youth activities at the NYS Fair. Despite her crazy schedule she always made time to talk goats and goat people, and would add a little extra product as a donation for the goat youth. She was a mentor to many of us and will be sorely missed in the goat world. She had so much energy and positivity packed into her little body. I am so sorry she is no longer here with us. May your memories of her enthusiasm for life and for family be of comfort. I so wish she could have been with us longer.

Rita & Russell my favorite people. Best products, store, everything about them. Wonderful people. We love coming to your farm- and can´t thank you all (the whole family) for making our experience on the farm great. We come up from Long Island to Candor a lot- and always visit Side Hill Acres. Rest In Peace Rita! Thank you!!! God bless you. I´m going to miss you online.

My condolences to the family. It was always a pleasure to see Rita at the farm store and I enjoyed our conversations very much. Every year when I worked as library director, I would bring donated books in for her to share with the kids at the Fall Festival. She was a great asset to the community and I'm sure her kind spirit will live on.

Rita has been a part of our lives since we moved here, helping us out in some difficult situations. She was always the kindest, most nonjudgmental person and we are privileged to have known her. Our most sincere condolences to Russ, Kelly, Karen and Robert and to the extended family no doubt influenced by Rita´s loving heart. We will miss her ready smile and conversation while at the store. Rest in peace, dear Rita. You will not be forgotten.

Rita. Our dear friend. I can't imagine the heartbreak that your family feels. You were the heartbeat of the farm and such a huge part of this area; of our little town. I will miss seeing you when we stop in for items in the farm store, or do the festivals. You wanted to come see the salon- please check it out in spirit now. I will add your photo to the memorial frame. We send our prayers and will miss you always
