Rita Konkol Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry J. Konkol.
Surviving are five children, Julie Chesley (David), Stephen Konkol (Carol), Joe Konkol (JoAnn), Patrick Konkol and Henry Konkol (Kathy Bayer). Also surviving are nine grandchildren, Angela Todd (Steven), Brendan Chesley (Adair), Stephanie Aaron, Jacob Konkol (Alua), Anthony Konkol(Taylor), Sarah Konkol, Jill Konkol (Marc Guerra) Casey Konkol and Kelsey Wentworth (Shawn), eight great grandchildren, Addison, Amelia, Adele, Temirlan, Lilah, Skylar, Hank and Wilson; sister, Gloria Fleming and brother, James Malch.
Special thanks to her loving Caregiver, Laury Radala and special neighbors Jan and Janice Miller.
Service will be held at St. John Catholic Church, Jackson, Michigan on Wednesday, October 8, 2025. Visitation will start at 10:30 a.m, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at St. John Cemetery, Jackson, Michigan.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to South Michigan Food Bank, 5451 Wayne Rd., Battle Creek, MI 49037.
