Rita Marie Warner, 75, of Scottsville, KY passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green, KY. She was born in Louisville, KY to the late James Elic Gordon and Sarah Lee Mitchell Gordon. She was a former medical transport driver in Bowling Green and Scottsville and a former attendant at the Franklin, KY rest area.

She is survived by her husband: Kenneth Warner, Scottsville, KY;

2 sons: John Ward and wife, Casey, Elkton, KY and Dale Ward, Louisville, KY;

2 daughters: Tammy Goins, Edmonton, KY and Sarah Snow, Scottsville, KY;

2 sisters: Linda Nelly and Ruby Stone and husband, Wayne, all of Louisville, KY;

Several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Jean Meredith and Joyce Newnum and 2 brothers: Ray Gordon and Robert Gordon.

Memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Goad Funeral Home. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
