Robbie Proffitt Obituary
Knoxville - Robbie Allen Proffitt-Age 58 of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Friday, May 21, 2021, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Robbie was a well respected financial advisor with Proffitt, Wilkes, Griffin Wealth Management. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his father James Hugh Proffitt of Speedwell, Tn and brother Russell Lee Compton of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Robbie is survived by his Wife of 41 years, Sonya Simmons Proffitt, his daughters Shaunna Proffitt Kiser and Shannon Proffitt Johnson and his son Tyson Allen Proffitt all of Knoxville, Tn. His grandchildren, Barrett Johnson, Dylan Kiser, Lily Kiser, and Ethan Kiser all of Knoxville, TN. Robbie is also survived by his mother, Alta Marleen Mayes of Speedwell, TN, his brother Roland Compton and his nephew Cody Compton of West Chester, Ohio and his stepfather Russell Compton of Kingston, TN. He is also survived by his brother Jamie Proffitt and sister Jenni Proffitt-Hempel both of New Market, TN. Robbie will forever be loved and missed by family and friends. He will always hold a special place in our hearts.
A Celebration of Life memorial will be held on Thursday, June 3rd from 5-7 p.m. at the Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm.
