She was born in Morgantown, West Virginia and had spent most of her life in Eaton Twp.
She worked in retail for J. Baker Shoes and Fisher's Big Wheel in North Ridgeville.
Robbin enjoyed quilting, painting, ceramics and had won several awards at the county fair.
Survivors include her husband, Robert James Jackson III, son, Steven Glen Jackson of Eaton Twp., grand dog, Archer, brother, Emery "Skip" Cutlip Jr. of Eaton Twp., sister, Connie (Jerry) Graham of Eaton Twp., niece, Megan and nephew, Jared, great-nephew, Myles and great-niece, Brooklyn Cutlip.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Emery and Lucille (nee Sheilds) Cutlip.
A private burial will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Twp.
