Robert Lanier Arnold Jr.

Robert Lanier Arnold, Jr. died at peace in his sleep in Bradenton, Florida. Known to all as "Bob". Devoted husband and father to wife Judy and daughter Melissa. In addition to Judy and Melissa, Bob is survived by his brother, Thomas Colon (Skip) Arnold of Lilburn, Georgia and his sister, Nanette Arnold of Covington, Georgia.

Bob graduated from Decatur High School, Decatur, Georgia with the class of 1965. Then, began his career with Delta Airlines. His work shifted to a call of duty for three years by the United States Army to serve his country in Vietnam, 1966-1968. Bob was honorably discharged at the rank of Specialist Fifth Class. Bob then returned to Delta Airlines and continued until retirement. From 2005-2015, Bob established a second career at Beall's Inc.

Bob, a devoted Christian and believer in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior now resides in Heaven. His ashes will be placed in the Sarasota National Cemetery, Sarasota, Florida.
