Doc gave me my first "real" adult job in life at Omaha Vaccine. What a mind he had... Always was amazed by this man that was "socially inept" as he would tell me. Learned a bunch from this man. Doc. You will be missed.

Shirley, I just want you to know how grateful I have always been to Bob for his inviting me to join the POA Board back in the mid-90s, from a Beach Garden that had a couple of "dissidents" in it, a position in which I remain today. His work to improve our communiy through these years will be remembered for many more years to come. I am so sorry for your loss.

Shirley, you may or may not remember me... Liz Mueller (friend of Robert Potter). We had dinner one night at that Mexican restaurant on 30th street in Omaha. I did not know Bob that well, but since Robert cannot speak for himself, please allow me that privilege. Robert always spoke highly of Bob, and treasured his mentorship. His fondest memory of Bob is that he told Robert "you've got potential." Such a great loss for you. You will be in my prayers. Liz
