Robert and I were childhood friends. Both army brats we spent a lot of time together playing baseball and exploring the then undeveloped woodfield wilderness. He was a good and loyal friend who loved his family and was devoted to his mother. We knew he would grow up to be a caring and wonderful man. He will be missed. Our thought and prayers are with his family.
