Robert Beaudoin

Robert (Bob) E. Beaudoin died peacefully at his home January 18, 2026. Born to Beatrice Drapeau and Florido Beaudoin, of Haverhill, MA, he was predeceased by his wife, Cecilia (Luiz) Beaudoin, and his daughter Linda (Beaudoin) Wilson, a brother Joseph Beaudoin, and 2 sisters, Pauline Lazotte and Marlene Latulippe. He is survived by his daughter Maureen Beaudoin, son Kenneth Beaudoin, daughter-in-law Monique Beaudoin, his sister Geraldine Goodwin, and several nieces and nephews. His 7 grandchildren, their spouses, and 5 great grandchildren affectionately called him "Grandfather". Bob served in the United States Army 101st Airborne, then enjoyed a lengthy career as a linotype operator at the Union Leader where he also served as a Union Steward / Officer. He enjoyed traveling and was a formidable opponent as a chess player even through his 96th year.
