I served on the Mid-America Transplant Board with Bob and I just learned of his passing. The world lost a good man. I was fortunate to have him as a mentor. He gave sound advice but only when asked. He had a zest for life. He was honest and straightforward- a solid person. He will be missed.

I remember Bob during my time as a hospital CEO and a member of MHA. Bob was a kind person and I enjoyed knowing him. My sympathies to his family.

Bob was one of the kindest and most talented men, I've ever met. We spent many hours: biking and fishing...along with stories about his family and friends. He shared his talents (still using the book cases he taught me how to build) and his passions with those around him. We have not talked recently, but thought of him often as I was pulling out a fly he taught me to tie, or pulling a book from the shelf he helped me build. Thoughts for Cindy and his family....Hugs from Dolly and I!
