Robert Brent Bivens

Robert Brent Bivens, age 68, of Riverdale passed away on January 26, 2026. He was born on April 6, 1957 in Atlanta to the late, Richard Eugene Bivens, Sr., and Evelyn Hackett Bivens. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Richard Eugene Bivens, Jr., and Gerald Scott Bivens. He is survived by his wife, Pam; sons, Robert Brandon (Janet) Bivens of Lilburn, Richard Lee (Lisa) Bivens of Sharpsburg; grandchildren, Robert Brody Bivens, Elizabeth Carleigh Bivens, Nora Grace Bivens; sister-in- law, Diane (Frank) Bangs of Newnan; nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family. Brent was a successful entrepreneur in logistics. Brent was a member and Past Master (twice) of Jonesboro Masonic Lodge #87, Charter Member of Daylight Charity Lodge #754, member and Potentate of Yaarab Shriners Hospital in Atlanta, GA 2016. He also served in various positions in Yarrab Clubs and Southeastern Shrine Association Motor Corp. A Funeral Service will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, January 31, 2026 in the Chapel of Ford Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Dennis Bellamy will officiate. The family will receive friends the day of the service from 1:00 PM till 3:00 PM.
