Robert "Bob" Elliott Allison - Age 84, of Howell, passed away January 5, 2026. Bob was born October 26, 1941 in Humphreys County, Tennessee and was a veteran of the US Army.
Bob is survived by his sons, Jim (Julie) Allison, Rob (Shana) Allison, and Travis Allison; grandchildren, Leah, Marc, and Matt Allison; sister, Nancy (Randy) King; brother, Tom (Gina) Patterson; nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Mary Allison on May 23, 2025; parents, Walter Garrett Allison and Gertrude (Elliott) Patterson.
The family extends heartfelt appreciation to good friends and neighbors, especially Bruce and Jan Hanson and Bill and Mary Reichert for their help and support over the years. They are grateful to the family and friends who called, visited, or assisted in any way with the comfort and well-being of Bob in his last weeks. A special thank you to Molly and the wonderful staff of Charter Senior Living of Linden and Gentiva Hospice.
Funeral services will be held 4 PM Sunday, January 11, 2026 with John Flemming and Emory Anstett officiating at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Visitation will be held from 1PM until the time of service. A Committal service will be held 12:30PM Monday, January 12, 2026 at Great Lakes National Cemetery.
