Robert Donald Boller

Robert Donald Boller, age 75, of Hot Springs, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

He was born at Durant, Iowa, May 12, 1933, the son of Chris Boller and Dora Louise Jensen Boller. He was preceeded in death by his parents; two brothers, Roy Boller and Elmer Boller; and his daughter, Constance Rene’ Boller, who passed away March 17, 1971.

He married Margaret Frandsen on July 24, 1954. In 1998, the couple moved to Hot Springs. Robert was a member of the First Lutheran Church in Hot Springs. He was a loving father, grandfather and award-winning sales manager in his industry.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margaret Boller; two sons and daughters-in-law, James Robert Boller and his wife, Suzanne of Cleveland, Ohio and David Craig Boller and his wife, Jill of Detroit, Michigan; one grandchild, Constance Elizabeth Boller of Cleveland, Ohio; two adopted grandchildren, David Bauman and Angela Bauman, both of Austin, Texas; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Memorial Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, October 24, 2008 in the First Lutheran Church, Hot Springs, with Reverend Jonathan Beyer officiating. Services will be under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.

Interment will be in the Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport, Iowa.
