He was an avid fan of Penn State sports. Don was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud grandfather and great grandfather.

I had the pleasure of working for Don and Lois at the Dairy Queen on Atherton Street during my high school years - 1965-1968. Those of us who worked at the Dairy Queen weren't just employees, we were family to Don and Lois. My prayers are with you, Leanne, Kimmy and Buffy and families.

Fondly, Gloria (Dreibelbis) Wos

I had the pleasure of being Don's banker for many years and better yet, having him as a friend. He was a very kindhearted man, and we shared many laughs together. He always had a great attitude and outlook on life. I admired Don for his great generosity to the community and anything that helped kids. Rest in peace, my friend.
