Robert N. Boswell, 102, of Barnesville, Ohio passed to his eternal home on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at The Walton Retirement Home. He was born on November 4, 1922 in Barnesville, Ohio to the late William N. and Barbara Marie (Schafer) Boswell.

Bob was retired from Jonathan Logan Garment Factory. Bob was a member of the Kiwanis Club and The American Guild of Organists. He was a 75-year member of the Free and Accepted Masons of Ohio. Throughout his life Bob especially loved playing the organ, collecting antiques and spending time with his dogs, Duchess, Stubby, Pepper and Duffy.

Music was his first love; Bob was an organist for many years starting at the First United Methodist Church in Barnesville in 1941 followed by the First Presbyterian Church in Barnesville - retiring in 2022.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Frances (Finking) Boswell on December 28, 2022; his twin brother, Dr. William J. Boswell; brother, Thomas P. Boswell; and niece, Linda Boswell. Bob is survived by his nephew, John Boswell, and his nieces, Barbara (Ed) Huff, and Julee (Shawn) Taylor.
