Bo wling, Robert "Bob" Allan

69, went to be with our Lord Jesus on August 19, 2025 in Wichita, KS with family by his side. Bob was born in Wichita, KS to Melvin and Betty (Martin) Bowling on October 14, 1955. He worked for the Kansas Turnpike Authority for 38 years. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, DuWayne Bowling; brother-in-law, Tony Jenkins. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Kathy E. (Barton) Bowling, Wichita, KS; children, Barton Bowling and Amber (Eric) Lagaly, both of Wichita, KS; sister, Kathy Jenkins, Eureka, KS; grandchildren, Eric Lagaly Jr, Jordan Lagaly and Ellie Lagaly, all of Wichita, KS. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 10:30 am, Cedar Pointe Church, 9221 E. 31st Street South, Wichita, KS with burial at 1:30 pm, Greenwood Cemetery, 6251 W. 47th Street S. Wichita, KS. Memorials can be made to Cedar Pointe Church in memory of Bob Bowling.

Bob was a truly wonderful person. Loved his kidding around with everyone. Always happy and loving. He will be greatly missed, but will always be remembered. Love and comfort to Kathy, Amber, Bart, and the rest of the family .
