Robert Brink Obituary
Robert Brink passed away at Ghost Lake, AB on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at the age of 82 years.
Robert is survived by his wife, Verna Brink (nee Kost); sister, Elly (Fred) Weijde; nephews and nieces, Hans (Nancy) Brink, Nettie (Martin) Wouterse, William Brink, Richard Brink, Yvonne MacArthur; grand-nieces and nephews, Dr. Kirstin Brink (Randell), Aaron (Katie), Amanda (Ian), Stephanie, Neil, Larissa, Anthony, Jared, Michaela; great-grandnieces, Hanna & Lucy. Robert will also be dearly missed by his half-siblings, Ruth (Craig), Lilly and Diane (Dwayne). He is predeceased by his brother, Hans John Brink.
Robert was born in Amsterdam and immigrated to Canada in the mid-50's. Robert had many jobs including Barber, Welder, Northern Ice-Runway Builder and most recently owner of A-Class Limousine. He loved all aspects of car racing.
A Celebration of Robert's Life will be held at Pierson's Funeral Service (4121 - 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) Details to be announced.
