Robert was born December 17, 1946, to Mary Ann Hughes and Thomas Brown Sr., in Bayou Current, Louisiana. He became a mechanic and provided services throughout the surrounding areas. Robert passed away peacefully on September 23, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas where he last resided.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Mary Hughes and Thomas Brown Senior both of Bayou Current, Louisiana, his sister, Essie Mae Parker of Beaumont, Texas; Mildred White of Flint, Michigan; and Gladys Brown of Appaloosas, Louisiana.
Robert leaves to mourn, and his wife Mary Brown, three stepchildren all of Alexandria, Louisiana, two brothers Billy Brown married to Cynthia of Beaumont, Texas; Thomas Brown Jr. marriage Sandra of Melville, Louisiana; sister Ruth Lee Adams of Melville, Louisiana, a special niece Rosa Parker who's married to Israel Sr. of Beaumont, Texas, and a host of nieces, nephews family, and friends sadly to say, but Robert Brown will dearly be missed.
