Robert Burch Obituary
He was born July 16, 1942, the son of the late Herman and Lela Samples Burch in Trenton, TN. He spent his working career in banking mainly with Fidelity Federal. Bob loved traveling, gardening, was a member of the North Civitan club and he was Baptist in belief. He spent a short time in the military before being injured in Scotland.
Bob is survived by his wife Carolyn, stepsons, Jason Pate (Lori) of Arlington, TN, Jeff Pate (Nancy) of Boaz, AL, stepdaughter, Lori Blackburn of Aberville, Al and a sister Mary Daley, six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers as well as parents and great grandchild.
SERVICES: Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 1:00PM at Highland Memorial Gardens. The family will be receiving friends on Saturday from 11:00Am until 12:45 at Arrington Funeral Directors.
The family has requested memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P. O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148 or Jackson Animal Care Center, 23 Pinnacle Dr, Jackson TN 38301.
