Robert Calderon Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Eternity Funeral Home on Jan. 12, 2026.
Robert B. Calderon, 65, entered into eternal rest on January 4, 2026, in his hometown of Fort Stockton, Texas. Born on September 21, 1960, in Fort Stockton to Manuel and Sista Calderon, Robert remained a lifelong resident of the community he loved.

Robert was raised in Fort Stockton, where he attended local schools and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. He cherished the time spent surrounded by his family and friends. Although he had no children of his own, Robert held a special place in his heart for his many nephews and nieces, whom he loved dearly.

The family would like to extend a special gratitude to Hospice for their compassionate care, as well as to his niece and nephews, Leticia Calderon, Rene Ramirez, and Mathew Trejo, for their devoted love and support.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Sista Calderon; his sister, Odelia Calderon; and his nephew, David Ramirez.

Robert is survived by his sister, Senaida Calderon; his brothers, Jose Calderon and Manuel Calderon; and numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather at the Alpha Y Omega Church, located at 1200 N. Butz, Fort Stockton, Texas. The service will be officiated by Sergio Sifuentez.

John 11: 25-26"Jesus told her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die.'"
