He was predeceased by his brother Brian Clough of North Haverhill, NH and his beloved former mother-in-law, Shirley Castor of Keene, NH and many close friends.
He never worried about the materialistic things. He appreciated the little things. He loved Old Country music and dancing (especially the twist). He knew the names of the songs and who sang them. He was a walking GPS and loved to go for rides, but would go so many different ways to get to the same destination that people couldn't remember how to get there. He loved fishing with his grandchildren and step sons, teaching them the "ins and outs" of brook fishing and going to fishing derbies. One of his favorite pastimes was going out with many different friends and family members to go ice fishing.
Bob always worked hard to provide for his family. He worked as a machinist for many years at Central Screws in Keene, NH, NH Ball Bearings in Peterborough, NH, and MPB in Keene, NH. He worked as a truck driver for United Construction in
Newport, NH.
His grandchildren called him "Pops" or "Papa". He took 3 of his grandchildren on their first big trip to Florida and taught them to drive. He went to everything his grandchildren were involved in; he was always in the crowd.
He loved the outdoors, fishing, his family, friends, Bingo, gambling, and bowling at Yankee Lanes in Keene, NH for the Wednesday night Men's League. He loved to play Bingo with his wife and granddaughter, Erin. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play sports and was proud of all their accomplishments. He loved getting on his motorcycle and riding for hours.
Bob loved spending time with his brother, Bruce. He would also help Bruce with the Devil's Playground Haunted Walk.
Memorial donations may be made to the Claremont Senior Center, 5 Acer Heights Road,

There will be no services per Bob's wishes, but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
