Robert Warren Crane Jr., 75, passed away April 10, 2024.

 

Robert retired from Quemetco as an Electrician, he enjoyed working on everything electrical, he also enjoyed: Nascar, going to car shows, working on cars, and working with wood. He loved gardening and every year buying more Christmas decorations and lights for his yard. He loved his family.

 

He is survived by his children, Tonya Holtgrave (Ricky), Julie Newby (Michael), and David Newby (Christie); grandchildren, Aaron Holtgrave (Brooke), Tyler

Holtgrave (Hunter), Allison Wright (Josh), Madison Kyle (Austin), Frankie Newby, Steven Newby (Ashley), and Collin Newby; great grandchildren, Harlow, Charlie, Lincolin, Lawson, Lainey, Maverick, Maylee, Addison, Auston, Josh, Eli, Aleena, and Raylee; siblings: Charlene Meadows and Jim Crane; nephew, Matthew Meadows (Dawn).

 

He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Marsha; and children, Joseph Crane and Frank Newby; and his parents, R. Warren Sr. and Clarace Crane. 

 

Funeral service will take place 2 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2024, at Flanner Buchanan – Floral Park, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana, 46222, with burial to follow in Floral Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until time of service.
