Robert James Crego passed away peacefully on April 23, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years Victoria Crego nee Kwick; his loving children Melissa Cranford and John Bandman; his cherished grandchildren Amber, James, Cheyenne, Nick, and Rachel; his precious great-grandchildren Nellie and Peter; and his dear sister Beverly and siblings-in- law Cathy, Mabel, Dorothy, John, and Charlie. He is also a dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many who will miss him deeply.
He is preceded in passing by his proud parents George and Sylvia Crego, as well as siblings and siblings-in-law.
Friends and family will meet for visitation on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 10AM-11AM at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL. The funeral service will begin at 11AM followed by the committal service at Warren Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Zion-Benton Moose Lodge 667 would be greatly appreciated.
