Robert O. Cyphers, passed away Monday, February 23rd at his home in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on March 2nd 1970 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Robert "Bob" Cyphers and Joan Cyphers. Rob was a graduate of Seneca High School. He owned a popular sports card shop called All Star Sports Cards in Louisville with his brother Dave for years and worked at Toyota for a few years. He was proceeded in death by his sister Vicki Cyphers. He is survived by his brother Dave and his nephew Rashad. This will be a closed service.
