Robert (Bob) W. DeBlois, 88, of Willow Park, Texas, died November 15, 2024. Bob was born in Pine Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania, on January 16, 1936, to Wilfred and Anna (Mikulsia) DeBlois. He was raised in Londonderry, New Hampshire, and attended the Pinkerton Academy.
Bob enlisted in the United States Air Force on July 10, 1957, and retired from service after 30 years, attaining the rank of Chief Master Sergeant (CMSGT). After military retirement, Bob and his family moved to Willow Park, Texas. Bob continued to work and was employed at Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics.
Bob was extremely active in retirement, supporting both national and local Veteran Associations, the Ford Model A Club, and the Classic Chevrolet Club.
Bob was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend, who will be missed by all whose lives he touched.
Bob is survived by his bride of 62 years, Linda; son, Robert and his wife, Anna of Potsdam, New York; son, David and his wife, Kimberly of Rhome, Texas; ten grandchildren, Donna, Michelle, Dominic, David Daniel, Matthew, Cooper, Scarlett, David Christopher, Michael, and Linda Renae; eight great grandchildren, Conri, Aviana, Aubrey, Dirk, Kristian, Finnian, Tristian, and Leah; sister, Doris Rand and husband, Richard; brothers-in-law, Ken Elliott and Ronald Mann; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bob was predeceased by his son, Michael DeBlois; brother, Richard DeBlois; sisters, Nancy Elliott and Jane Fagnant; and brother-in-law, James Mann.
A funeral ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, December 5, 2024, at the Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel, 4941 I-20 Frontage Rd, Willow Park, Texas 76087, with burial to follow at 1:15 p.m., at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, Texas.
