To Judy, Beth and family, I send our most sincere condolences. Joe was one amazing guy and always was there for people. He was so kind to my parents any time they needed him. My dad and grandfather helped teach him the art of putting on clambakes and one of his best was for my parents 50th Anniversary celebration. Joe and his crew dug the pit right in my side yard and prepared the best bake ever. The pit ended up a bit close to the house and a good "emergency" hosing was needed to help limit the blistering of the garage paint! It was the perfect gift for my parents and left us with wonderful memories. With our sympathy, Brownie & John Schoenbauer
