Robert DiGiorgio Obituary
Born in Trenton, Bobby was a lifelong resident of Morrisville. Among his many interests, he enjoyed collecting vintage automobiles, with his favorites being his Corvette and his "55 Chevy. Without a doubt, his favorite automobile was his tow truck, as he was the owner and operator of Tow-A-Car in Morrisville for many years. He loved his work, and was dedicated to working with both the Morrisville and Falls Township Police Departments. Bobby was everyone's friend, and took great pleasure in helping people. He loved going to dinner with his friends and was extremely devoted to his family. He was a member of Newtown Masonic Lodge # 427 F.& A.M. and was fond of telling everyone that he "Never had a bad day." Everyone in Morrisville loved "Bobby D" and he will sadly be missed.
Son of the late Joseph and Susan (Piscopo) DiGiorgio, he is survived by his brother Joseph H. DiGiorgio, Jr. of Morrisville, his nieces and nephews Debra and Jim Moratti of Penndel, Joseph and Lisa DiGiorgio of Manahawkin, NJ, Richard DiGiorgio of Morrisville and Lisa and Mark Huff of Morrisville, great nieces and nephews Daniel and Marissa Wilson, Angelo and Michael DiGiorgio, Angela and Richard Anthony DiGiorgio and Abigail and Dylan Huff, as well as his longtime partner Victoria Rinyu and her daughters Brianna and Isabella Medina.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 AM on Saturday, Sept. 11, 2021 at the Morrisville United Methodist Church, 501 W. Maple Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. The Rev. Towanda Connelly, Pastor, will officiate.
His interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery.
Friends may call Saturday from 9-11 AM at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution, in Bobby's name, may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of the Delaware Valley (www.alz.org/dalval.donate).
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.
