Mt. Morris- Robert C. Dillenbeck Sr. "Bob" age 78, passed away Saturday afternoon October 22, 2022, at home following a lengthy illness.
He was born in Rochester on March 3, 1944, a son of the late Floyd and Bertha (Austin) Dillenbeck. He was also predeceased by a son Robert Jr.
Bob was a former carrier for the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle newspaper. He enjoyed riding his recumbent bike along the Erie Canal in Rochester, spending time with family, and working on his computer.
He is survived by his daughter Cathy (Kosta) David, a son Patrick Dillenbeck, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews
There will be a celebration of life held at a later date. Arrangements by the Hindle Funeral Home Inc, 271 Main Street, Dansville NY 14437. Online remembrances may be left at HindleFuneralHome.com.
In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial to a charity of your choice.

Cathy, We are so sorry about your dad. I still remember him riding his bike over and spending the day in our backyard. He had a great sense of humor. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
