Robert Cash Dunlap

Robert Cash Dunlap, age 86 of Mendon, passed away on June 1, 2023 at Brookdale Senior Living in Battle Creek. He was born on January 2, 1937 in Kalamazoo, the son of John and Willie Pearl (Williamson) Dunlap. On December 10, 1955 Robert would marry Delores Anne Jenkins in Kalamazoo. For over 30 years, Robert worked for General Motors in Kalamazoo. He was a simple man who enjoyed simple things. He was a craftsman and a carpenter making small furniture for his family and friends. Robert enjoyed old gospel music and playing Sudoku. He especially loved animals and his grandchildren.
Robert is survived by his children; Jeff Dunlap of Portage, Dale (Rose) Dunlap of Mendon, Sherrie Dunlap (Richard Aldag) of Delton, and Cynthia Dunlap of Mendon. Brother Freeman (Lana) Dunlap. Two grandchildren; Sierra Dunlap and Danielle Dunlap. He was preceded in death by his wife Delores and grandson Jason Dunlap.
