Robert Flautt Obituary
Robert "Bob" Bernard Flautt, 73, a Farmer, died December 28, 2024, at home. Visitation is Saturday, January 4, 2025, 1:30pm - 2:00pm at Sumner Presbyterian Church in Sumner, MS. Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, January 4, 2025, at Sumner Presbyterian Church in Sumner, MS. Meredith Nowell Funeral Home in Clarksdale, MS is handling the arrangements.
Bob earned a PHD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas. Bob was lovingly known as "Dr. Bob".
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Lisa Chadwick Flautt of Webb, MS; son Robert Chadwick Flautt of Dallas, TX; brothers William Gay Flautt Jr of Oxford, MS, Mike Flautt of Swan Lake, MS, David (Teresa) Flautt of Oxford, MS, Stephen (Jennifer) Flautt of Webb, MS, Andrew (Crystal) Flautt of Grenada, MS; sister Sara Emily Flautt (Geoff) Wilson of Glendora, MS and many beloved nieces & nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents William Gay & Sara Buehler Flautt; brothers Edwin Rode Flautt, Richard Harris Flautt.
