Robert Earl Gibson, known to his family as “Earl” and to friends as “Bob” was born August 14, 1943, in Conway, South Carolina to Marion and Pauline Gibson. In his free time, Earl enjoyed reading, fishing and helping others no matter where he went. He also loved watching westerns, listening to spiritual songs, singing, dancing, and fixing anything he could put his hands on, from cars to watches. Earl left a lasting mark that will not be forgotten to all who knew him; he will be deeply missed.
