Robert "Bob" Giust Obituary
Robert "Bob" L. Giust, age 41 of Fairlawn passed away on January 24, 2024. He was born into a loving family in Canton April 21, 1982. He became a proud brother to Amanda in 1986. Bob graduated from Perry High School in 2001. After graduation, Bob traveled extensively with the Beyond Our Boundaries organization and attended many events where he was known as the King of Karaoke. Ironically, Bob came out of his shell working with Beyond Our Boundaries (BOB) friends promoting the need for social activities within the handicapped population. Bob enjoyed Pokemon, Spy Ninjas, telling jokes and re-enacting movies.
Bob was preceded in death by his mother Cindy (Nohl) Giust. He is survived by father, Larry Giust (Lorelei) and sister Amanda Giust (Katie Geiman). Bob received loving visits, cards, game nights and phone calls by his extended family. Aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends spent hours keeping his spirits up through his physical obstacles. He was loved by all and brought laughter to everyone he met.
Memorial services will be held at Rossi Family Funeral Home on Saturday, February 3rd at noon. Family and friends are invited to share fond memories of Bob at 2219 Meadowood Blvd in Twinsburg following the service. The family wishes to thank all of his caregivers in Canton and Fairlawn for the special attention given to him.
