AUBURN - Robert Glover, 86, of Auburn passed away December 7th, 2025, at his residence. He was born November 3, 1939, in Corning, N.Y. "Bob" retired from the US Air Force as well as the Auburn Correctional Facility in Auburn, N.Y. He held many other side jobs as he could not sit still for very long and always had to be busy.

Bob was known to be a protector, a provider and for getting things done his way. He was a natural mentor and would often give you unsolicited advice. At home he was famous for his often not completed DIY projects and for going to get the "pizza and wings". Bob could often be found in Auburn at a local establishment having his "two beers" before coming home to relax with his cigar.

He leaves behind one son, Rian; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sandra Glover, on November 20, 2022, at the age of 82 at her residence in Auburn.

"Sandi" missed her family in Corning and would talk about them fondly and often. She is survived by one sibling, Denise Madell with whom she had a special sibling relationship. Sandra was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Sandra's unconditional love filled her families lives with joy.

Sandra retired in 1997 to become a stay-at-home grandmother, a job she loved more than anything. Her legacy lives on in those who loved her.

Both Robert and Sandra wished for no services and a private scattering of ashes will occur at a later date. The family hopes all who knew them will remember them fondly.
