Robert Golb Obituary
Robert Ira Golb, age 69, died Friday September 8, 2023 at the Medical Center at Scottsville.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late William Golb and Ruth Sternberg Golb.
Bob was a retired insurance adjuster and was currently employed by Home Depot where he was loved and appreciated as The Storyteller.
He is survived by his wife, Shavonti Golb of Scottsville, his brother, Burton Golb (Esmeralda Vargas) of Progreso, Yucatan Mexico, his sister, Susan Reichstein (Bruce) of Houston, Texas and Shavonti’s family; daughters, Chasity Vernon (Doug) and Ashlyn Ponce (Chris) and grandchildren; Cade and Damen Vernon, Layne Eaton, and Oliver, Elias, and Rowan Ponce.
