Robert "Bob" Guthrie, 83, formerly of Bradford County, Peach Bottom, and Kennett Square, passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. Born in Monkey Hill, Delaware, he was the son of the late Warrington F., Jr., and Marian (Boyd) Guthrie.

Always keeping busy, in retirement Bob worked part-time for Bradford Township. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, both as active duty and a reservist, from 1966 – 1977. Bob was a loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved gardening, hunting, exploring, and going for car rides. Bob was a past member of Kennett Square Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his children: Chris (Ginger Gantz) Guthrie, of Colora, MD, Wendy (Vincent) Brown, of Peach Bottom, and Shawn Guthrie, of Wisconsin; grandchildren: Amanda (Ellison) Eckman, Nick (Summer) Guthrie, Megan Guthrie, Xander Terreault, Landon Guthrie, Kamden Guthrie, and Olivia Guthrie; great-grandchildren, Madi, Calleigh, Emmy, Brookelynn, Ryland, and Weston; and a brother, James Guthrie, of Kennett Square.
