Robert Haag Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory on Mar. 13, 2026.
Robert Ray Haag, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, at the age of 90.

Robert was born on July 17, 1935, in Starke, Florida, to the late Ray Haag and Callie Haag (Strickland). A proud patriot, Robert enlisted in the United States Air Force where he faithfully served his country for many years, ultimately retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant (MSgt). His dedication, discipline, and commitment to service were hallmarks of his military career.

Following his retirement from the Air Force, Robert continued his hardworking spirit by becoming a small business owner. He went on to own and operate Haag Oil, where he built lasting relationships in the community through his honesty, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Robert was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished time spent with his family. His steady guidance, quiet strength, and caring nature left a lasting impression on those who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Callie Haag.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Sharon Haag (Hazen); his son, Henry Haag; his stepsons, Jonathan Barker and Jason Barker (Joyce); and his two grandchildren, Landon Barker and Kloe Barker. He also leaves behind many friends and extended family members who will remember him with love and gratitude.

Robert's life was one of service, hard work, and devotion to family. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

With honor, Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
