Robert E Hamilton

Robert E. Hamilton, Sr. was born on March 13, 1937 in Rochester, NH, son of the late Spencer and Mavis (Evans) Hamilton.

He is survived by his three children, Tammy Arsenault of Tilton, Robert Hamilton Jr and his wife Michele of New Durham, and Karen Torres and her husband Julio of Franklin; step-daughter, Tami MacDonald and her husband Jim and her son Marcus of Manchester; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Doris who was his best friend and soulmate. She changed his life for the better and they loved each other so much. He was also predeceased by his parents, sister Jackie, and his step-son, Mike Nelson.

Robert worked for Spaulding Fibre in North Rochester for several years, also the NH DOT for twelve years, from which he retired in 1998. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles and VW trike, country music, and the oldies from the 50's and 60's. He also enjoyed his Apple computers.

SERVICES: A Memorial Service will be held at the Cremation Society of NH, 172 King Street in Boscawen at 11am on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.  Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
