Robert Hartnett

Robert "Bob" Hartnett, of Monroeville, peacefully passed on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2025, at the age of 71. Bob was the devoted husband of Deborah "Debbie" (Rockot) Hartnett for 36 beautiful years. He was the loving father of Christopher (Ashley), Steven (Judy), and Jennifer Hartnett; and proud grandfather of Cadence. Bob was the beloved son of the late Patrick and the late Elizabeth "Betty" (Gordon) Hartnett; and brother of Catherine (Leonard) Nyren, the late Evelyn (surviving, Joseph) Krivansky, and the late Patrick Hartnett. He is also survived by his parents-in-law, Joseph and Patricia Rockot; brother-in-law, David (Randy) Rockot; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Bob was the owner of All-Pro DJs and worked at well-known establishments such as Holiday House, Nigro's, Top Charlies, and Americana. He was also a very successful videographer, and over his career, he did thousands of weddings. He loved all animals, especially his dog, Checkers. Above all, he loved his family and was very devoted to them. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 29, 2025, at St. Jude’s the Apostle Church of St. Joseph the Worker Parish, Wilmerding.
