Robert Allen Hawley passed away peacefully on June 15, 2025, in Port St. Lucie, Florida. He was born on December 29, 1938, in Fort Pierce, Florida, to the late Frank Nathaniel and Louise North Hawley.

A proud native of Fort Pierce, Robert attended Dan McCarty High School and continued with college studies. On October 28, 1960, he married the love of his life, Faye Storey Hawley. Together, they shared 64 wonderful years of marriage built on love, faith, and devotion.

Robert was a dedicated community member with a heart for service. He was the longtime owner and operator of Orange Avenue Garage and served faithfully as a Deacon and Elder at Midway Road Church of Christ for 44 years. He was also a member of the Kiwanis Club, served as President of the Fort Pierce National Little League, and proudly coached and sponsored the Orange Avenue Garage Little League Team, shaping the lives of countless young athletes.

Robert had a passion for vintage machinery and racing. He was a member of the Beach Buggy Dunne Runners and the Florida Fly Wheeler's Engine Club. His love for antique flywheel engines, classic automobiles, NASCAR, and dirt track auto racing was well known and enthusiastically shared with others.

Above all, Robert was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and loyal friend. He is survived by his beloved wife, Annie "Faye" Hawley; sons, Robert Allen Hawley Jr. (Kathy) and Scott Hawley (Susan); grandchildren, Ethan, Katelyn, and Garrett; and his brother, Frank Hawley (Estella). He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews who adored him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Nathaniel and Louise North Hawley.

Robert's legacy of faith, service, and love will live on in the many lives he touched. He will be deeply missed.

Services: Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 11:00 am- 12:00 pm with a service to follow at 12:00 pm at Midway Road Church of Christ, Fort Pierce.
