Dear Kara,
I was deeply saddened to hear about your dad´s passing. He was a genuinely good man with an easygoing warmth that made everyone feel comfortable around him. He was also a wonderful landlord and a loyal friend to our teachers´ association, especially during some very difficult times when we came under fire. I hope you know how widely admired your dad was, and that he´ll be fondly remembered by everyone who knew him. Please accept the condolences from all in the Milz family and extend them to all in yours.
