I was sad to hear of Bobs passing. Bob and I grew up together. We had a heck of a childhood from throwing snowballs at cars on Main St. to making gun powder. We had a blast! I'll always have fond memories of Bob! My deepest sympathy to his family.

Yasuraka ni o nemuri kudasai, koto kyoshi-sama.

In quiet slumber, Hanshi lies, A gentle whisper in the skies. With memories cherished, hearts entwined, In peace, your spirit we shall find. Gratitude flows for the wisdom shared, Inspiring hearts through the dance of the dojo, The art of Shotokan, a legacy declared, A journey of strength, where spirits grow. Gratitude flows for your valor, In the Army's embrace, you stood tall, Through the echoes of Vietnam's call, Your service, a beacon, we honor and recall. In the silence, your absence will echo, A whisper of memories, soft and low. In the heart, a space now bare, You will be missed, beyond compare.

"It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men lived." Gen. George S. Patton
