Robert "Bob" Irving

Bob was born April 9, 1943, in Harrington, England, to the late George William Irving and Caroline Jane Williamson Irving. He served his country as a veteran of the British Military before continuing his career as a skilled tradesman in the United States. Bob was a dedicated member of the Local 3 Bricklayers Union for 35 years and took great pride in the craftsmanship he contributed to the communities he helped build.

Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Ellen Kenyon Irving.

He is survived by his daughter, Carrissia Ellen Irving; his son, Ryan Robert Irving and wife Erin; his step-sons, Jeffrey Chad Mettler and Paul Irving; his sister, Anne Braniff; and his sister-in-law, Margaret Coston. Bob was also a cherished grandfather to Simone, Jordan, and Kennedy, and leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews: Tammy, Angela, Cathie, and Chris.

Bob will be remembered for his strong work ethic, his loyalty to family, and the proud legacy he leaves behind.
